H&R Block Online: How to Print your Tax Return

Preparing your tax return can be a very stressful ordeal, but printing it doesn't have to be! Learn how to print your return from H&R Block Online with this easy step-by-step

H&R Block Online

H&R Block offers H&R Block At Home for free on their website. In their version, you enter all your information in manually but it definitely saves you money to do it this way. Once you have finished entering data and have reviewed everything carefully you can either e-file or file by mail.

To print your unfiled return, first log in to your H&R Block account. Click the File tab at the top of the screen. Printing H&R Block Online Tax Return Click Next until you reach the Review Before Filing page pictured below. This will take you to a review page. If you haven't done so yet, review all the information you have entered. One small mistake can severely harm your taxes and may cost you more than you imagine. After reviewing, click Next to the Mailing Your Return(s) page. Printing H&R Block Online Tax Return 2 Click the Print Tax Return button. Printing H&R Block Online Tax Return 3 The View Tax Return window will open. Click Continue. Printing H&R Block Online Tax Return 4 The File Download window will open. Click Open to view your return. An Adobe Reader window will open with your return. Printing H&R Block Online Tax Return 5 Printing H&R Block Online Tax Return 6 Either click the Printer icon or choose Print from the File menu. Printing H&R Block Online Tax Return 7 A Print Settings/Preview box will open. Correct the sizing of the document if necessary - make it fit on the page, or print the actual size if it is already 8.5x11. You can choose either single-sided or double-sided; both formats will be accepted by the IRS as long as the documents are clear and readable. Click Print and you are done. Printing H&R Block Online Tax Return 8 When viewing your return, you'll find a page titled 2011 Federal Tax Return Filing Instructions. This page provides instruction on what documents to include with your return and the address to mail your return to. Follow the instructions and feel a little better.
