Are your cartridges original or remanufactured?
We sell both original and remanufactured cartridges on our website. All remanufactured cartridges are clearly labeled as such, so you will always know what you are ordering.

What does "remanufactured" mean?
A remanufactured cartridge is a used cartridge which has been professionally cleaned, rebuilt and refilled with ink or toner. Remanufactured cartridges are a high quality alternative to originals, and a great way to save money.

Are your cartridges as good as the originals?
We guarantee you wont be able to tell the difference.

What are "compatible" ink cartridges?
They are new cartridges, not refilled - our low cost alternative to originals for Epson, Canon, and Brother printers. (Of course, we do sell the originals as well.)

Will your cartridges void my printer's warranty?
We guarantee our cartridges will not void your printers warranty. Further more, a US federal law, the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act, protects your right to use any of the cartridges we sell without having to worry about voiding your printer's warranty.

Does inkfarm.com carry refill kits?
Refill kits are unreliable, messy, and hard to use. For this reason, we do not carry these products.

Can I send you my empty cartridges?
At this point, we do not have any program to buy back, take back, or refill your empty cartridges.

What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is Free on all orders over $45. All others pay just $5.95 per order!

Where do you ship from?
We ship from 12 warehouses across the USA, for quick delivery times to any US State, Puerto Rico or US territory.

What carriers do you use?
We ship via US Mail, UPS, and DHL. If you have selected overnight or second day shipping, we will use Fedex Overnight or UPS Next Day or 2nd Day service.

How quickly do you ship?
All orders are shipped within 24 business hours.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our customers receive 97% of orders in 2-5 days. However, certain unusual items may take longer, up to 8 days.

Do you have overnight shipping?
Unfortunately we do not offer overnight shipping.

Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we accept purchase orders from all public schools, most educational institutions, most government agencies, as well as businesses, with a minimum of $750 per purchase order or $1000 per month in expected purchases.
