Are your cartridges original or remanufactured?
We sell both types of cartridges on our website.

Do you sell toners?
Yes, both original and remanufactured.

Do you sell paper?
Yes, including specialty and photo paper.

What does "remanufactured" mean?
A remanufactured cartridge is a used cartridge, which has been professionally refilled with ink so that it can be used again. Remanufactured ink cartridges are a low-cost alternative to new original cartridges, and a great way to save money.

How good are remanufactured inkjet cartridges?
Our remanufactured inkjet cartridges are of the highest quality available anywhere, with a defect rate of under 1%, and an output quality very close to new originals. We promise you will be satisfied.

Do you sell refill kits?
No!

Why not?
Refill kits are unreliable and messy. A high percentage of customers return them. For this reason, we do not to sell these products. Instead of refill kits, we suggest you use a properly remanufactured inkjet cartridge such as the ones we offer. You will save a lot of money, and have a product that works.

Do you take back empty cartridges?
No.

What are "inkfarm brand" ink cartridges?
They are new cartridges, not refilled - our low cost alternative to original cartridges for Epson, Canon, and Brother printers. (We do sell the originals as well.)

Are the inkfarm brand ink cartridges for my Epson printer lightfast?
They are dye-based, and have no lightfastness rating. However, our customers have reported good lightfastness with them.

Will your cartridges void my printer's warranty?
No. A US federal law, the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act, protects your right to use any of the cartridges we sell without their voiding your printer's warranty.

What do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat $3.85 per order for ground shipping. We use many carriers, most often US Mail and UPS for ground shipments, and Fedex or Express Mail for overnight shipments.

Where do you ship from?
Over 15 warehouses nationwide.

How long will it take to receive my order?
3-5 days for most orders. Certain less-common products may only be stored in a single warehouse, and may take up to 8 days to be delivered to customers in some states.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight and 2nd day shipping at additional cost.

Can you ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO boxes, and US territories?
We can only ship the following products to these places:
• Remanufactured inkjet cartridges
• Inkfarm brand inkjet cartridges and ribbons
• Alps and Citizen ribbons for Alps printers

Can you ship internationally?
Other than to the above places, we can ship certain items to Europe and Israel only. These items are:
• Remanufactured inkjet cartridges
• Inkfarm brand inkjet cartridges and ribbons

What currency are your prices quoted in?
All prices on our website are in US dollars. We charge your credit card in US dollars. If you are a Canadian customer, the dollar amount will be converted to Canadian dollars by your credit card issuer, at a rate determined by them.

Do you accept credit cards?
Our website accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.

Do you accept purchase orders?
We accept purchase orders from all public schools, most other educational institutions, all government agencies, as well as large corporations, with a minimum of $750 per purchase order or $1000 per month in expected purchases. Please fax your purchase order to us at 707-982-0691, then follow up with an email to help@inkfarm.com to make sure we have received it.

Must I register on your website before ordering?
No, you don't have to. Just go online and order. If you want to register, you can do so when ordering, only.

What are the benefits of registering?

Can I set up a wholesale account to resell your products?
No, we are strictly retailers. We don't do any wholesale business.

How do you pronounce "cyan"?
"Sigh-ann". It's that blue color. Magenta is the pinkish red.
